Users can disable the Accessibility Service at any time through Android Settings. This permission is required because standard Android APIs do not provide a reliable mechanism for automatically restoring the application to the foreground after unexpected interruptions on Android TV devices.
2. How We Use Information

- To test and improve app functionality.
- To ensure reliable performance of ERP modules.
- To enable TV Display Functionality: The Meltix App is installed on TVs to show dashboards and data in real time on the shop floor. This display is read‑only and does not collect or transmit client data.
